Caesar Dressing

A classic and creamy dressing that brings a delightful tang to your salads.

- 1 anchovy fillet minced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 cup blended oil ½ olive oil ½ canola oil
- water
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
- ½ lemon
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Mince garlic & anchovy fillet
In a bowl combine garlic, anchovy, dijon mustard , egg yolk, and white wine vinegar
Slowly drizzle in half the oil while whisking hard
